Honolulu Tower Remodel
This condo was purchased, gutted and remodeled before the client ever moved in. It's convenient location and interesting floor plan made it a perfect candidate to bring into the 21st century! Lots of demo work gave us a blank slate. Warm tones of olive green and blue grays were the inspiration. Light washed luxury vinyl plank flooring and floor to ceiling windows allowed deep toned walls to set a peaceful mood with tons of personality!

Ho'Opili Nahele Condo - New Construction
Well laid out condo in Ewa Beach was begging for some personality and custom touches. Since everything was new and fresh, all we needed to do was warm up the walls, add new lighting fixtures, baseboards, hardware, window coverings and furnishings that reflected the clients style. From cookie cutter to Zen just takes a little vision!

Peaceful bedrooms create peaceful rest. Soothing colors and decor lull you to sleep and allow you to enjoy and appreciate this room in your home perhaps more than any other.

New floors, paint, shiplap wall treatments, window coverings, furnishings, art and accessories.

Waikiki Banyan Condo, 16th Floor
Updated flooring, window coverings, furnishings, and accessories. Added baton board wall treatments to create a Hawaiian Cottage feel. Upgraded appliances and incorporated several of the owners art pieces.
